Who takes care of the caregivers?
This question is what inspired Dear Me
Whether you're a long-time caregiver or just stepping into that role, I hope you find something here that resonates with you.

Thank you for being here.

Meet Rohan Monga
Hi, I’m Rohan Monga, a 17-year-old student at Dhirubhai Ambani International School, with a deep interest in the intersection of mathematics and psychology. While these fields might seem like opposites—one rooted in logic, the other in emotion—I’ve always been drawn to how they both help us make sense of complex human behavior, especially in unseen, undervalued spaces.
One of those spaces, for me, has been caregiving.

Growing up, I watched my mom care for her parents with immense patience, love, and quiet strength. But I also saw the weight it placed on her—the self-sacrifice, the emotional toll, and the isolation that often comes with being the caregiver, not the cared for. I watched how it changed her: how much of herself she gave, and how little the world around her acknowledged that labor.

That experience stuck with me. And over time, it shaped a question I couldn’t stop thinking about: Who takes care of the caregiver?
That question is what inspired Dear Me.

This project is my way of answering it—not with a single solution, but with a platform. A space where caregivers can feel seen, heard, and supported. A space to share their stories, access expert advice, and find tools for self-care. A space that reminds them to pause, breathe, and say, “Dear Me, I matter too.”

Whether you're a long-time caregiver or just stepping into that role, I hope you find something here that resonates with you.

Thank you for being here.
